1. User Agreement & Terms of Service for KILLSHOTX

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KILLSHOTX platform, website, and mobile application. By accessing the KILLSHOTX services, downloading our APK installer, or registering a player account, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the KILLSHOTX application.

2. Player Eligibility Requirements on KILLSHOTX

To participate in skill-based tournaments for cash rewards on the KILLSHOTX app, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and reside in a territory where competitive skill-based mobile gaming is legally permitted by local state regulations.

3. Account Security & Fair Play Standards on KILLSHOTX

Players on KILLSHOTX are responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of their login credentials. Hacking, scripting, modding app clients, team-teaming, or exploiting game mechanisms in any match is strictly prohibited. Violation of these fair play standards will lead to the immediate termination of your KILLSHOTX account and forfeiture of any remaining wallet balances.
